Mentorship is integral to The Lab’s structure. The Lab student staff contribute directly to the daily operations of The Lab and signature projects and events. We offer students with varied interests and areas of study hands-on experience in arts management through training in fundraising, finance, marketing, and program coordination through personalized mentorship from senior staff and unique real-world experiences with a global, ethical and imaginative perspective.  In addition to their in-office work, student staff attend performances and networking opportunities; participate in Lab workshops; and engage with our global community.
