Lyndi Tsering is a first-year M.A. candidate in the SFS Asian Studies program. She has been a performer for as long as she can remember, both training in and teaching children multiple dance styles as well as acting. Her commitment to working in the U.S-China foreign policy space stems from her personal experience as a Tibetan-American and her passion for international relations. Lyndi’s past endeavors include internships with the U.S. Department of State and the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, dancing in a community ballet company, studying migration and art in Rome, and serving as the outreach coordinator for a college Christian dance group. As a Lab fellow, Lyndi hopes to create spaces for mutual understanding to tell the stories of those who are often marginalized in international discourse.
